Kimberly Hinton
Kimberly C. Hinton is a deputy director of the Partner School Network with the Network for College Success. Hinton began her career as a science teacher at Morgan Park High School and shortly thereafter moved onto Whitney Young Magnet High School. While at Young, she also held the position of Science Department Chairperson where she remained until becoming the science coach for Chicago Public Schools. As a science coach, Hinton was responsible for the development of science departments in 17 high schools located on the south side of Chicago. She was then selected to become an administrator at the first public Marine Math & Science Academy in the nation. During her tenure as an administrator, Hinton had the opportunity to lead small, large, and charter schools across Chicago prior to joining Network for College Success.
