Faith Stroud
Faith Stroud is an equity-centered leader and educator in Jefferson County Public Schools, Louisville, Kentucky. She has served as a middle school principal, assistant principal, math teacher, and a substitute teacher. She is currently serving as the district's director of leadership & professional development. In this position, she is responsible for developing and implementing the Jefferson County Leadership Academy. Jefferson County Leadership Academy is the principal pipeline program for Jefferson County Public Schools.
