    As an equity-centered leadership coach, I’ve been reflecting on what it means for me and the leaders I partner with to lead change for students at the margins in this particular moment in time. We’ve experienced a level of global disruption that we never expected and that will have lasting impact for generations to come. We are also in a moment where espoused commitments to educational justice are louder than they’ve ever been. While so much feels different, it is easy to forget that many of the inequities we’re confronting have been with us for a long time.
