Miladys Cepero-Perez is an instructional supervisor in the Office of Professional Learning and Career Development for Miami-Dade County Public Schools in Florida, the 3rd-largest school district in the U.S. with 337,100 students. The district has more than 34,000 employees, making it one of the largest employers in Miami-Dade County.
