Miladys Cepero-Perez serves as an Instructional Supervisor in Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where she champions the professional learning of teacher leaders and administrators. She excels in planning and designing student-centered professional learning experiences. With a proven track record, she has successfully launched and expanded programs at both district and state levels within the K-12 education system. Currently, Mrs. Cepero-Perez holds the position of District 5 Director at Large for the Learning Forward Florida affiliates and is set to graduate from the Learning Forward Academy in December 2024.
