On Thursday, September 19, at 2 P.M. Eastern, Learning Forward will host a Twitter chat with school counseling expert Mandy Savitz-Romer of Harvard Graduate School of Education and Director of Go Alliance Alice Anne Bailey of Southern Regional Education Board.
The chat will build on the article “No counselor left behind” that Dr. Savitz-Romer authored in The Learning Professional. We will discuss why professional learning is so important for school counselors and how to overcome the challenges that currently leave many counselors without any professional learning.
This chat is not just for counselors – school and district leaders are especially encouraged to attend, as are non-profit professionals and others.
