Sharon Oldham is a Learning Forward consultant with 32 years of public education experience specializing in math education and instructional coach development. She has served as a middle and high school teacher, a secondary coordinator, a director of secondary instruction, and a professional learning facilitator to guide others in the creation and delivery of standards-aligned instruction. Oldham is currently working as a Hub Improvement facilitator for Texas Network for School Improvement (TXNSI) where she coaches middle school principals and teacher teams as they implement continuous improvement processes and tools to design equitable instruction.
