Dr. Rachel Menta is a Senior Administrator for Leadership Development in Orange County Public Schools, where she designs and facilitates district-wide professional learning and executive coaching for school leaders. With over a decade of experience in education, she has served at both school and district levels, championing mentorship, instructional leadership, and strategic development initiatives. Her career includes roles as a high school English teacher, instructional literacy coach, assistant principal, and AP Capstone Research Table Leader for the College Board.
