DeVonya Prather
DeVonya Prather serves Gwinnett County Public Schools as a literacy coach, where she works with school leaders and teachers to develop, train, and support the implementation of research-based strategies designed to enhance student academic performance in reading and writing. She began her career as a certified educator with Clayton County Public Schools. Since then she has served in various teaching and leadership roles: early literacy specialist, response to intervention chair, teacher support specialist, curriculum developer, professional development facilitator, consultant, and Title I school improvement coach.
