Action guides help leaders implement Standards for Professional Learning, which describe the content, processes, and conditions for professional learning that leads to high-quality leading, teaching, and learning. They describe the steps to implement each of the 11 standards and illustrate how to progress from entry-level implementation to ideal implementation.
This bundle includes three role-specific action guides for principals, coaches, and system and central office leaders. The guides are aligned across roles so that everyone in a system is working toward the same outcomes and taking coordinated steps to achieve them. All guides include tools to plan first steps, reflect on current work, and coordinate roles and responsibilities with other stakeholders. The guides are useful as standalone resources or as a complement to other Standards for Professional Learning tools and resources.
