    Develop learning plans and TPOVs by applying the knowledge, skills and understanding about change theory, the logic model, innovation configurations, KASAB (Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, Aspirations, Beliefs), and the evaluation process. Design SMART goals that address organization, educator and student outcomes. The learning plan includes a logic model which provides a detailed blueprint of how to develop, implement and assess the effectiveness of the change.
