Rachel Harris
Principal
Rachel Harris is currently principal of Santa Fe High School in Santa Fe, Texas, and serves approximately 1,500 students. She has been a learning principal since she began her journey as a principal and became a member of Learning Forward’s efforts to build professional learning that effectively impacts teacher effectiveness so that all students thrive. She has also taken the lead in her district in coaching, mentoring, and supporting other principals so that all learn and work together.
