Martha Doennig
Martha Doennig leads professional learning for certificated teachers, grades preK-12, at Springfield (MO) Public Schools. She focuses on inspiring growth and increasing teacher capacity to meet the diverse needs of students. She began her career in 2000, serving as an elementary classroom teacher in the Kansas City area before coming to Springfield Public Schools in 2003, teaching upper elementary students. Martha is an agency trainer for Cognitive Coaching SM and on the journey to also be an Adaptive Schools SM agency trainer.
