Marcie Ebright is the digital learning specialist for Akron Public Schools in Akron, Ohio. This work places her at the center of technology innovations for a large urban district. She has been in this role for five years and was a district digital integration specialist and middle school technology intervention instructor before that. Ebright has been in a number of technology-enhanced roles, including online testing and analytics, communications, enhanced graduation practices, blended/online learning, curriculum tools, and staff professional development.
