Aubrey P. Brown
Principal
Aubrey P. Brown is the proud principal of Randallstown High School in Baltimore County, Maryland. Brown has served as a high school social studies teacher, dean of students, assistant principal, and principal over his 18 years of experience in Richmond, Washington, DC and Baltimore County. His belief that every student can achieve at the highest levels if they have access to excellent teachers has motivated him to invest deeply in developing strong, positive staff and school cultures through coaching and the development of systems that elicit excellence. Joy and gratitude are the foundation of his leadership practice. He was the 2017-18 Baltimore County Public Schools secondary principal of the year and is passionate about developing leaders.
