She supports state and local agencies in educator preparation, professional development, school approvement, and social-emotional learning. She designs and delivers technical assistance, conducts research, facilitates data-focused inquiry sessions to support school improvement and equitable access. Madison-Harris co-leads cultural and linguistic competence capacity building at AIR and engages in comprehensive action planning, resource development, and organization-wide training to support the integration of cultural and linguistic competence into all policies, practices, and projects.
