As superintendent of one of the nation’s largest school systems, I have found that serving on the Learning Forward Board of Trustees has been incredibly valuable for me as a leader and for the more than 73,000 students I serve. The access to cutting-edge research and discussions with our profession’s leading thinkers and practitioners expands my vision, broadens my knowledge base and is accelerating our local district transformation initiatives.
