Learning team cycle of continuous improvement

A team learning cycle is the means for embedding learning in the day-to-day work of teachers, putting their teaching challenges at the forefront and providing support when they need it the most. The five learning stages described here guide the work of a team whose members share collective responsibility for the success of a group of students as well as each other.
