Professional Learning and Coaching Coordinator
Nadira Singh serves as a professional learning and coaching coordinator in the Office of Staff Development for Gwinnett County Public schools (GA). As coordinator, she leads a team that supports teacher leaders seeking professional growth in the areas of instructional coaching. She recently started an assistant principal coach endorsement program for assistant principals who want to grow their skills in coaching best practices to support teacher and collaborative learning team growth. Singh's work also extends to providing professional learning to local schools and leadership teams to improve collaboration and managing complex change. Before working at the central office, Singh served as a high school science teacher and local school instructional coach for seven years in Georgia and a middle school science teacher for five years in New York City.
