Derrick Swistak

Derrick Swistak is an educator and administrator in Maine Township High School District 207 located in Northwest Suburban Cook County. Swistak has been a science teacher for 21 years. He has a passion for educational technology, cooperative learning, and educational equity. Swistak has taught and facilitated alongside Roger and David Johnson at their international conference on cooperative learning. He most recently wrote an essay for the book, Ideas to Connect Your Classroom.
