    Chris DeGuzman is a Learning Forward consultant and adjunct professor for Anne Arundel Community College’s ICF accredited coaching program. As a former teacher and principal turned health and wellness coach, Chris believes that schools cannot thrive without caring for their greatest assets - educators. Through her coaching practice, FreshLeap Coaching & Consulting, Chris supports educators in navigating the unique stresses of their work and in creating joyful, balanced and impactful lives.
